“Had some good positive feedback from yesterday’s training which Jim also attended, the trainer was excellent, explained everything in a language they all understood and they all enjoyed, even Jim who gets very nervous with any training because of the difficulties he has. I believe it was James Durnford who did the training so could you pass on the good feedback please.”
