CITB (SSP) Site Safety Plus Digital Certificate Update
We are pleased to announce that from 7th December all SSP certificates will be sent to centres as digital PDFs. For all SSP courses the default delivery method for certificates will now be digital, meaning hard copy certificates will not be sent.
This new process ensures that centres will receive course certificates as quickly as possible, following submission of results. Learners will now have access to evidence of their achievement much sooner and this will also help to reduce additional fees for lost certificates.
Following this, and further improvements to our internal training processes, all centres should now receive certificates within 5 working days of result submission, provided that all previous payment terms have been met.
