Due to an increase in cost of the SMSTS Resource books we have had  reluctantly had to take the decision to increase the cost of our SMSTS course with immediate effect.  The cost for any courses already booked will remain the same.  The new cost will be as follows:- SMSTS – £500 + vat pp  

To those who have used our CSCS testing service we would like to thank you for choosing Birkwood as your preferred provider. Unfortunately we have made a business decision to terminate our contract. Therefore from 02nd January 2019 we will no longer be able to deliver the tests. All our other services remain the same and as always the Birkwood Team are happy to signpost to providers who deliver the CSCS tests locally.

Birkwood Plant Training are pleased to announce that they are now a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO). An ATO is an organisation which provides construction training courses and qualifications to a defined and industry-agreed training standard. This development has resulted from CITB’s commitment to helping support training within the construction industry, and by recognising reputable training providers in this way hopes to cement high standards of training.

Earlier this year in true Birkwood style we emailed 4 van designs out to the team and took votes on the preferred design – it was a unanimous collective decision and we are very proud of our updated fresh look.
